Transformation Requirements

My program and approach is founded in the concept of Personal Transformation to Manifest Your Dreams. Consider two concepts of Albert Einstein:

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

These ideas embody the essence of my approach/programs for creating the personal transformation to meeting your life challenges. It is imperative to embody an empowered and conscious journey to create transformation of your life challenges. Your life and experiences are a direct reflection of your consciousness and therefore first you must accept this reality and the responsibility it implies. This helps you move out of a “victim” consciousness and instead optimize an empowered and successful manifestation. Coaching is an active participatory approach. Whatever ever your challenges (health, relationships, career, finances, spirituality, etc) which have you desiring transformation, your lifestyle, thoughts, beliefs, self judgement, negative tapes in your head, …have contributed majorly.

It is time to learn new skills, strategies, tools, beliefs, and attitudes to create positive possibilities developing an inner and outer journey. Let’s discuss two metaphors which represent the commitment needed to actualize positive change and results. Many of us have experienced the longing for a change in our physical experience resulting in signing up for a gym membership. We are clear on the result we want but the cross purpose of our dedication/commitment of participation stands in the way of success. We may ultimately experience signing up but not attending, not working out, not keeping appointments with the personal trainer, not adopting a healthy eating lifestyle, etc. Or a more ludicrous example of signing up and going to college to transform your life. You sign up and pay the tuition, however you don’t attend the classes, do not read/study the materials and or complete the assignments. Then you are not learning/mastering new skills, strategies, and techniques. In either case there is no transformation without the commitment and dedication to show up for yourself, invest your time and finances into it, learning, mastering and adopting new techniques, skills, strategies. Specifically with transforming life challenges (especially health/cancer concerns), previous patterns concerning attitudes, beliefs, negative programming, self judgement, lifestyle choices, etc. have to be illuminated and reconfigured using proven techniques, skills, and strategies. These are practices expertly chosen based on the client’s unique situation. To work with me you have to be ready and committed to embrace changing these patterns.

One tool I use universally and tremendously successfully is mediation. Meditation is an scientifically proven amazing tool for all life challenges (especially health concerns). One expert physician states… “if meditation were a drug it would be considered malpractice for a physician to fail to prescribe it…” Below please find the varied effects of meditation:

Effects of Meditation

The effects of meditation are varied effecting the physical body, emotions, brain and spiritual connection. Below are just a few of the effects proven via scientific research:

  • Rises in antibodies and blood cells
  • Increased immune function
  • Improves body’s ability to resist disease and effects of stress
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Improve resting heart rate
  • Reduces incidence of strokes, heart disease, cancer
  • Diminishes chronic pain
  • Reduces anxiety and depression
  • Ameliorate many other diseases
  • Activates regions associated with positive mood and optimism (left frontal regions)
  • Increased reaction to flu vaccines
  • Increased coherence in the body’s biological processes
  • Greater activity of NK cells (Natural cancer killer cells)
  • More resistance to the spread of disease
  • Increased emission of biophotons which aid in general healing
  • Activates the most thoughtful part of the brain
  • Boosts activity and blood flow to the PFC
  • Boosts the number of brain cells
  • Calms the ANS (autonomic nervous system)
  • Boosts energy
  • Calms stress
  • Enhances brain function, decreasing awareness of time and space
  • Increased activity in area of the brain connected to spirituality
  • Diminishes anxiety and worries while fostering relaxation
  • Improves attention and planning
  • Decreases sleepiness
  • Protects the brain from cognitive decline associated with normal aging
  • Increases the size of the hippocampus and frontal cortex
  • Aids in weight loss
  • Reduced muscle tension
  • Tightens the skin

Meditation provides the foundation for many of the transformational skills, strategies, and techniques. So if you want transformation in any area of your life, and especially your health, meditation accelerates all results. Therefore meditation is required to work with me. If you currently are not a meditator, don’t worry. Learning this skill is included in the program with many materials, etc.  What is required is the willingness to dedicate yourself to adopting this strategy/tool/skill. Meditation is the foundation of developing your personal inner journey. Bottom line all my programs and approaches are based in this philosophy of embracing the journey in a very active participatory manner. In my many years of experience, this provides the most desired changes helping clients manifest the life of their dreams. If you scored at least a 7-8 on each question, this program and approach are very likely to help you achieve the transformation you are desiring. If you scored lower on one or more of these questions, mostly your decreased commitment would limit your success. For many people a slower, more passive approach like possibly counseling, searching the internet, reading on your own, etc. is currently appropriate. At this point in my long career of Physical Therapy, Healing, and all varieties of Life/Health/Cancer Coaching, my experience has shown me what kind of commitment, dedication, and the variety of skills, techniques, and strategies applied uniquely it takes for real lasting transformation. In that vein, I don’t work with clients who are not in that place of commitment on every level. An example of this is you must plan on dedicating time for meditation regularly! If your life is still filled with excuses of “not enough time”, “I can’t commit the finances”, “I have to take care of others first”, and/or “I don’t want to change my life”… this is not for you. As you grow and change in time this program may be for you, but now it would only frustrate you since you would be at cross purposes with the program. Please respect that in yourself and do what you are more aligned with now rather than take on a program that causes you more stress.
